Brief Biography
I currently teach English at the high school where I also serve as the Department Coordinator. In my ninth year of teaching, I have taught students from ninth to twelfth grades. Currently, I teach 10 Academic English, 10 Honors English, 11 Honors English and SAT Prep. Prior to teaching, I worked in public relations and non-profit grant writing. Pennsylvania hasn't always been my home, I grew up in Miami, Florida, earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology at Barnard College in New York City. Most recently, I earned a Master's in Education with a concentration in Teaching, Learning and Curriculum at the University of Pennsylvania. Presently, I live in Springfield Township with my husband, two sons and two pugs.
